About the Position:
Serves Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton, Seabrook, and the Winnacunnet Cooperative High School (Hampton, 9-12). SAU 21 serves students in Hampton (9-12), Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton (K-8) and Seabrook. The communities enjoy desirable coastal living and the best that New England has to offer, providing easy access to metropolitan areas such as Boston, Portland, Manchester, and Portsmouth. The beautiful open spaces and coastal areas attract a number of business and career professionals who value quality of life and strongly support the school districts. The communities educate students in grades PreK-8; Winnacunnet Cooperative District serves grades 9-12. Active involvement and strong community support are hallmarks of SAU 21. Exciting program opportunities result in a tradition of nurturing students to their fullest potential. The successful candidate must have proven experience as a teacher and school administrator, including central office responsibilities. An advanced degree is required, and a doctorate is preferred. New Hampshire certification or eligibility for certification as a school superintendent is necessary. The School Board offers a multi-year contract with a competitive salary and benefits package for the region, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Start date of July 1, 2018.
